(Received April 25, 9 a.m.) LONDON, April 24. Many persons, including Mr Denham (Premier of Queensland) Admiral Fremantle, and Captain Collins, attended the dinner of the Royal Society of St. George. Telegrams of greeting were read from branch societies in Australia and New Zealand. Admiral Bosanquet, in presiding, referred to his experiences of the Australian navy, and praised the Australians for kindling a spirit of patriotism and loyalty, thus laying the foundation of an effective nary.
