HEAVY LOSS. IT OABLB-PEEBB ASSOCIATION—COPYSIGHT. (Received March 14, 10 a.m.) NEW YORK* March 13. The fire on the waterfront at Portland, Oregon, destroyed six blocks. The damage is estimated at £200,000. Two steamers —the Cricket, loaded with asphalt, and the Glenroy, with wheat — were destroyed. The crew of the latter were rescued with difficulty. !
