PROFIT SHARING.
SYDNEY, Jan. 8. Sir William Lever, head of Lever JBros., when he arrived in Sydney from an extended visit to the firm's plantations in the islands, in an interview, advocated that big firms in Sydney and elsewhere should adopt Lever Bros.' profit-sharing system, with which he declared they were well satisfied, as it tended to make employeestake a greater interest in their work and become more efficient.
