FLYING TO KHARTOUM. »T CABLB—PSESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT (Received Jan. 8, 12.30 p.m.): CAIRO, Jan. 7. Pourpe, an aviator who is flying to Khartoum, reached Wadi Haifa. He caused a profound impression amongst the natives at Assouan, where this was the first aeroplane seen. Michelin has also started for Khartoum on a hydroplane.
