WANGANUI, Dec. 24. The weather is fine and prospects for the1 holiday are good. The chief attraction locally will be the bowling tournament, opening on Boxing Day, in which 150 bowlers are participating. Tradespeople report greatly improved business, during the last few days; the amount exceeding last year's.
