■ im LONDON, Dec. 23. It is believed that the Life-Saving Conference recommends the compulsory use of wireless telegraphy, divided hit® three classes, viz., first, continuous: second, during limited working hours, with ten minutes' shifts in other hours • and, thirdly, irregular working hours.
