JAPAN AND MEXICO.
■ TOKIO, Dec. 23. A Mexican Specia' F.nvoy has arrived to thank the Japanese for their attendance at the Centennial celebrations. The newspapers display unusual enthusiasm over the visit, and dwell with emphasis on the alleged identity of stock in the Mexicans and Japanese. It is claimed that perhaps this discloses reflections of the anti-American resentment of Mexicans and Japanese.
