At St. Cuthbert's Church-, Manaia, ♦on Tuesday,, a quiet, pretty wedding -was celebrated by Rev. W. F. Stent, when Miss G. M.. Allison, only daughter -of the late F. M-. Allison, was mar-. Tied to Mr V. H. Hobday. The bride, who was giyenaway by her brother, looked charming in a grey whipped^ <ccrd tailor-made,/costume, finished ofr ■with; sasie blue-£ind a grey tagel strawhat witfr; lancer plumes and Oriental 'trimmings. ..She was attended by Miss Barleyman; of Manaia, as bridesmaid, TpfKo wasl gowned in cream serge, with touches of tangerine, and hat to match-. The bouquets carried were the gifts -of Mrs A. H. Christie, and were extremely pretty and artistic. Mr James TFavlor* was best man. 'Mrs J.
