8T CABLB—PBEBB ASSOCIATION—COBTMOSaV (Received Dec. 16, 10 a. m.) LONDON, Dec. 15. The Local Government Board issued a memorandum stating that there is no appreciable difference in the nutritive values of butter and margarine. Thereupon ,the Bermondsey Board of Guardians resolved to revert to the use of margarine in their infirmaries and workhouse, thereby saving £1500 a year.
