The Government Meteoi'ologist telegraphed as follows: Indications are for variable to strong breezesy moderate southerly temporarily prevailing; weather cloudy to overcast, with showers. Barometer has rising tendency, but will fall after 20, hours. Rough seas j high tides, with swell.
