Osborne and Turnbull call attention. to some house properties for sale. The Scotch "Bakery, long established in High street, Hawera, has changed hands and is being thoroughly re-organ-ised. The new proprietors notify the public that delivery of bread will be made daily. They draw attention to the fact that they have put in fresh and large stocks, and hope, by ensuring satisfaction to all customers, to secure good support. Osborne and Turnbull will hold their usual sale at the Mart, Regent street, to-morrow at 2 o'clock. On their list to be submitted are leather and Genoa suites, carpets, and sundry furniture. Osborne and Turnbull will sell next Wednesday, at 2 o'clock, on the premises, Fantham street, household furniture; also freehold property of two acres, with six-roomed dwelling.

The annual meeting of the Hawera branch of the Society for Promotion of the Health of Women and Children will he held on Saturday.

Smith and Easton advertise a sale of furniture on account of Mr J. C. Montefiore.

Teneders are called for additions, to teacher's residence at Auroa.
