BRITAIN'S DANGEROUS POSITION.

Mr Fielding, ex-Minister of Finance m Canada, in a letter to the newspapers, says that the Motherland is drifting into a very dangerous position: He urges the Federal system for the United Kingdom arid a conference of all parties. He is convinced, by long experience in Canada, that there are no difficulties that the system cannot overcome.
