THE ULSTER CAMPAIGN.
LONDON, Oct. 6. A permanent mail message carrying service has been established in Ulster, youths under 18 enrolling being "taught all descriptions of signalling. Sir E. Carson and Mr Smith have completed their campaign in Ulster and returned to London.
Mr Devlin, addressing an audience of 8000 at Armagh, said that tEe Nationalists were not prepared to exclude Ulster from the Home Rule Bill.
