EIGHT HOURS' DAY DEMONSTRATION.

SYDNEY, Oct. 6. There was glorious weather for the annual Eight Hours' Day demonstration. The usual big crowds watched a procession two miles long, including a varied and effective display of emblematic designs and banners. There was a great gathering at the sports at the agricultural ground.
