FATAL ACCIDENT.
LONDON. Sept. 6. Thomas Collier, a sorter, dropped a parcel in.a bin at Victoria Station, Manchester, where it exploded. Many windows were broken, and Collier was killed, several sorters also being injured. Investigation disclosed that the parcel contained explosive corks, used as starteis at athletic meetings.
