WHEREAS the Hawera County Council, being the local authority in control of the Main South Road and the JNormanby Road, whereon are situated "The Main South Toll-Gate" and Ihe Normanby-Okaiawa Toll-Gate" respectively, has in pursuance of the P°"'ers contained in "The Public Works Act, 1908, altered certain charges in the scale of tolls at present in force at the Main South Toll-Gate and the JNormanby-Okaiawa Toll-Gate respectively, now therefore public notice is hereby given:— 1.
