(Received Sept. 5, 10.30 a.m.) MELBOURNE, Sept. 5. As anticipated, Mr Fisher's censure motion was negatived on the casting vote of the Speaker. Twenty-two voted on each side, and with five pairs the full strength of the House was accounted for: The Address-in-Reply was then adopted on the voices, and the House adjourned.
