WHEREAS the Hawera County j Council, being the local authority |in control of the Main South Road and the Normanby Road, whereon are situated "The Main South Toll-Gate" and "The Normanby-Okaiawa Toll-Gate" respectively, has in pursuance of the powers contained in "The Public Works Act, 1908," altered certain charges in the scale of tolls at present in force at the Main South Toil-Gate and the Normanby-Okaiawa Toil-Gate respectively, now therefore'public notice "is hereby given :— 1. The following charges in the said scale of tolls are rovoked: — Is. d. Great Cattle per head 0 Ih Cattle, six months or under, first 50, per head 0 1 Cattle, six months or under, over 50, per head 0 Ot Motor Car, seated for over two, but not exceeding four persons 3 0 Motor Car, seated for over ' four, but not exceeding six persons 4 0 And for each seat for each i person over six in numi ber 1 0 2. The following additional scale of i tolls shall be collected: — j Cattle of all ages, per head ... 0 1 Mo^or.
