At the annual meeting of «Jele»ates of boxing associations, it. was carried that no competitor shall represent a centre at the New' Zealand championships unless he is a bona fide resident of the centre, but that he chall be eligible to represent any other association provided the consent of bis own Cu n!:r<^ be obtain«d. It- was decided that 'bona fide" resident means one who has been resident ac least one month. "Break" was defined to mcsn ti-at each competitor must step back after the break with both feef on. On the question of competitors' expends it was decided that Professionals be limited to £150.
