LICENSING CASE
PAHIATUA, June 19. At the Magistrate's Court, Wm. Joseph White, licensee of the Post Office Hotel, Pahiatua, was convicted and discharged on a charge of selling liquor to a person already in a state of intoxication, and on a charge of permitting drunkenness on licensed premises he was convicted and fined 40s and costs 13s.
