Received June 5, 10 a.m. LONDON, June 4. In th& case or Marie Corelli, the novelist, versus George Gray, the socalled "fighting parson," arising out of an infringement of the rights of Miss Coroili in her novel "Temporal Power," v verdict was returned in favor of-the plaintiff, and an enquiry was ordered into Gray's profits in order to assess the damages. A stay of proceedings was granted pending an appeal.
