TO-DAY'S COURT.

Judgment was entered for plaintiffs, with costs, in the following undefended cases: —Annie Martin v. Mura, 10s; Annie Martin v. Billy Ngeru, £2 15s 3d; Annie Martin v. Turiakina Ngeru, £2 16s; F. Andrews v. G. Ingram, £9 7s 4d ; Smith and Easton v. Billy Ngeru, 7s 6d.
JUDGMENT SUMMONS. W. H. Webley (Mr ODea v. W. Te Moki, £4 3s 6d.—There was no appearance of judgment debtor, and an order was made for payment forthwith; in default seven days' imprisonment.
W. H. Webley (Mr ODea) v. Waitai, £2 18s 6d. —There was no appearance of debtor, and an order was made for payment forthwith, in default seven days' imprisonment.
H. A. Jones (Mr ODea) v. T. C. White (Mr Hanna), claim £6. —Judgment debtor appeared, and after examination an order was made tor payment of the debt by instalments of os per week. '.
W. Stockley (Mr Hanna) v. W. Hawke, claim £12 Is 6d. —Judgment debtor appeared. The order was refused.
J. Blaynev (Mr Hanna) v. M. Carroll, claim £3 12s 10d —There was no appearance of the judgment debtor, and an order was made for payment forthwith ; in default seven days' imprisonment.
