The boy Sheohan, who fatally shot another boy named George Fyfe at | Parahaki, has been sent to the St. Mary i Industrial School. Judge Edwards said that this was the best course in the prisoner's interest, it not being a case calling for imprisonment. The Judge, addressing the prisoner, said that his crime was one of the gravest it was possible to commit, but he did not think the prisoner was a vicious lad, and a*, it-li careful, discipline he should become a respectable member cf the community. >Sheahan, who is now 15, will be kept lin the home till he is 21.
