RUN ON BANKS
NO CAUSE FOR EXCITEMENT

BERLIN, Nov. 29. A run on the Post Office, banks at Konigsberg Posen, necessitated Heir yon Hollweg telegraphing to the authorities that there was nothing to justify excitement, as Germany was taking no special military measures.
