Miss Fraser, late principal of the Wanganui Girls' College, and who has been appointed principal of the Havelock North Presbyterian Ladies' College, was introduced to and welcomed by the General Assembly at Wellington to-day. Notice is given in this issue of a general meeting of the Hawera Tennis and Croquet Club on Saturday next. A full, attendance is requested as important business' with regard to new grounds is to be submitted to the meet J ing for approval.
