THE HAWERA SHOW.

The 29th annual show of the Egmont A. and P. Association should prove of exceptional interest to all. The quality and the entries in all classes of stock excel those of previous years, while the Kennel Club show is now to be rated among the best in the dominion. Many of the leading breeders of cattle and horses in New Zealand will be exhibiting their imported stock and progeny, which will give local owners a chance of comparing with their own stock. Local farmers should come out in a body and show what can be done in Taranaki, and especially around Hawera, which claims to have the pick of the country. It is against the interests of l©cal fanners that the prizes should go to other provinces, and the Association is anxious that local men should take full advantage of the opportunity. Farmers should, therefore, write at once for schedules and any particulars they may need.
