LONDON, Oct. 21. Sir Herbert Raphael. Liberal member for South Dsrbyshire, speaking at Breadsall, said the reform of land taxation should not be attempted, for party advantage. He advocated a Royal Commission on the subject, and condemned Mr Lloyd George's committee, which, he said, did not fulfil the requirements of Imperial investigation.
