BERLIN, Sep. 3. The Frankfurter Zeitung says that all serious German journals are agreed "that Germany is no longer directly interested in the Panama Canal. Great Britain, therefore, is not defending ..Europe's cause but her own treaty. As right is on Britain's side that ;should suffice.
