FRENCH SEAMEN'S STRIKE.

PARIS, July 14
Seamen strikers, accompanied by their wives, made a demonstration at Marseilles against the rise in the price of bread, and stoned the police. Ten of the latter and 20 of the strikers were injured, some seriously. Revolver shots were exchanged, and 60 arrests were effected.
