EXTRA EDITION THE WEATHER.
FRIDAY, JULY 12
The Government Meteorologist telegraphed at 1.45 p.m. to-day as follows:—Southerly strong winds to gale, and backing; expect unsettled, cloudy weather and rain; rivers rising; glass rise, but fall after 36 hours for another storm area which appears to be approaching from the westward.
