AUCKLAND, June 27
The case Inder v. Inder, in which Leah Lillian Inder sought to recover from her husband, William F. Inder, of Gore, £192, alleged to be due under i\\\ agreement by which defendant covenanted to pay plaintiff £3 per week, was continued before Mr Kettle. S.M., this morning. Mr Singer for plaintiff, and Mr Denniston for defendant.
Further evidence was given by a previous female witness, under cross-exam-ination by-,the Magistrate, as to the innocence of plaintiff's relations with men named Stoddart and Wilson, whom she said she knew as bookmakers, and whose business with her and Mrs Inder was iHirely related to a racehorse named Silken Rein, in who.-.n witness was inter-
