VIENNA, June 9. M. Cuva£, Royal Commissioner at Croatia, was motoring with M. Hervoic, chief of the Education Department, at Agram, when. Jukics, a Bosnian student, fired a revolver point-blank. He missed M. Ouvay, but fatally wounded M. Hervoic. Jukics fled, but was captured after killing a policeman and wounding another.
