According to the latest Itet published in the Mercantile Gazette, the Kohi Co-operative Dairy Company, Ltd., has been formed with a capital of £3.000 in £1 shares. The subscribers are all Waverley farmers, namely, G. G. Larcom, 40; R. W. Campbell, J. 20; S. M. G. Watkinp, 45; D. Smith, 35; M. T. Hopkmson, 50; W. Coltjman, 50; and G. J. Bishop, 27. The objects of tho company are to deai in milk, butter, etc., and to carry on the business of a cooperative store in all its branches.
