SALES OF DAIRY LAND

On Saturday, May 25, the New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company will submit, on behalf of Mr Goodson, 700 acres of the well-known Waihi Downs estate. The land is wellknown as being of excellent quality, close to Hawera and to Hawera factory. Sub-division is being made into suitable areas and easy terms are offered. On the same day the firm will offer 800 acres, by instructions from the executors of the late J. F. Pease. This is also first-class land, close to factory, school and railway. All particulars may be obtained from the auctioneers.
