PEKIN, May 16. The negotiations which have been carried oh with the six Powers interested in China are concluded as far as Pekin is ' concerned. The first advances, amounting to £10,000,000, will cover the period to the cud of October. Afterwards a'loan of £40,000,000 will be issued in London. The representatives of the six Powers interested in the Chinese £60,000,000 loan are conferring in London.
