CONSTANTINOPLE, May 13.. Hassan Bey, ex-Deputy for Prishtina, with 300 Albanians from Ipek, has proceeded to the mountains, threatening s to proclaim a general insurrection on the ground that the Young Turks are selling the land cheaply to foreigners.

The Government fears the rebels may capture 16,000 rifles stored at Prishtina, 12,0tw at Ipek, and 10,000 at Diakova.
