(Received May 6, 10 a.m.) NEW YORK, May 5. President Taft asserts that Mr Roosevelt prevented the prosecution of the Harvester Trust after a director of the trust who, as a supporter of Mr Roosevelt, had pleaded with him not to take action. This showed the ex-President's inconsistency.
