I Nominations for events Nos. 4, 8, and 11 close with the secretary on February 13th, at 8 p.m., and for Nos. 3, 6, and 10 on Saturday, February 17th, at 8 p.m. All nominations must be accompanied by the necessary fees and performances for the last two years. If none in that time the last two performances to be given..*Three to start or no race; four or no second prize. All protests must be in the hands of the secretary (accompanied with os), withm ten minutes after the race. All games charged ss. Nomination moneys must be sent at the time of nominating or will not be handicapped. This rule will be strietly enforced. All communications to be addressed to Secretary, P.0., Rowan. Handicaps will appear in the Star on or about February 20th. 1912. Admission to Grounds: Adults, Is: children 6d. Horses, Is. Refreshments on the Ground.
