If none in that time the last two performances to be given..*Three to start or no race; four or no second prize. All protests must be in the hands of the secretary (accompanied with os), withm ten minutes after the race. All games charged ss. Nomination moneys must be sent at the time of nominating or will not be handicapped. This rule will be strietly enforced. All communications to be addressed to Secretary, P.0., Rowan.
