BANKRUPT COMMITTED FOR TRIAL.
PALMERSTON N., Jan. 30. At the Magistrate's Court William Thomas Bowater, bankrupt, was committed for trial ai.j'ie Supreme Court on a charge of obtaining stock by making a false statement of his position to Abrahams and Williams, Ltd. Tb.3 amount involved was £596 15s 6d.
