THE MANOUBA'S PASSENGERS

(Received Jan. 22, 9.45 a.m.) ; PARIS, Jan. 21. The Premier, replying to The Hague Convention, holds that the Tm-kish passengers on the Manouba, which was seized by the Italians, must be considered as belonging to the hospital service until the contrary was proved.
