NAPIER-GISBORNE RAILWAY.
_ , NAPIER, Jan. 19. It has been definitely decided that the first sod of theNapier-Gisborrie railway will be ofnciallyx,tur'ned at the Napier end towards the close of this month, probably on the 29th. The ceremony will be attended by Sir Joseph Ward and the Hon. R. McKenzie.
