SECULAR EDUCATION.
AN ARCHBISHOP'S ATTACK
BY CABLE—PEESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT.
SYDNEY, Jan. 18. Archbishop Keily has again attacked the present system of public instruction as incomplete and unsound. He would give £100 to a charitable institution if he was shown that such was the case.
