VIENNA, Oct. 16. The newspaper Reichpost, the mouthpiece of the Heir to the Throne and military circles, endorses German newspaper complaints that Austria has latterly shown a coolness to Germany on the Moroccan question, which is markedly in contrast to her friendliness with Italy in the Tripolitan conflict.
