MB WADE TO FORM A MINISTRY
BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPTEIGHT. SYDNEY, July 29. A cable has been received from Mr McGowen, Premier, concurring in the resignation of the Government. Mr Wade had an interview with the lieutenant-Governor, and it is understood that he is trying to form a Min.istry. Eeceived July 31, 10 a.m. SYDNEY, July 31. The political situation is unaltered. Mr Wade saw the Lieutenant-Govern-©r on Saturday, but nothing was disclosed. Mr Bruner now states that he will \ . support Labor as long as it does not make extreme proposals. Received July 31, 9.40 a.m.
SYDNEY, July 31. At fhe Commercial Travellers' dinner Mr Griffiths attacked the Lieuten-ant-Goyernor, stating that the electors had said emphatically that the Labor Party was to govern. Mr Storey predicted a dissolution very shortly. Mr Dunn regrets his resignation since the caucus has decided to preserve the existing rights of conversion. He submitted his name to the Mudgee League
for re-election, but the League declined to consider it, and submitted the name f of Mr Carl Johnston to the Central Executive.
