SWEPT BY HURRICANE.

(Received' May 8, 9 a.m.) ' NEW YORK, May 7. The Alaskan, coast has been swept by ,a hurricane. Small vessels were driven ashore in many inlets. Boulders were strewn in all directions and wreckage covered the Copper River railroad.
