" j Judgment Summons.—J. D. Bashford (Mr Bennett) v. E. Vince, claim £3 19s. No appearance of debtor, and no excuse. Debtor ordered to pay £3 19s forthwith, in default four days' imprisonment, but warrant, will be sus-\ pended so long as debtor pays 11 s per week. . Oth^r cases have been already reported.
