BY CABLB—PEESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT. (Received April 7, 10 a.m.) ST. PETERSBURG, April 6. All British Attaches categorically deny dealing with Povage.
A cable yesterday stated that an exsailor named Povage was sentenced to twelve years' penal servitude for supplying a British naval attache, on two occasions, with copies of secret flag codes, and secret Russian information relating to the navies of other Powers.
