CHARGE OF KIDNAPPING
PERTH, Jan. 30. The District Magistrate at Karachi, India, has forwarded a statement alleging that an Indian four years ago stole a black boy at Port Headland, and now has him in India as a working slave. The statement alleges the Indian's brother beat the boy's mother -and hunted her away while he led the •boy to the ship.
