THE following fees have been fixed by the Council for the registration of dogs wit Kin the Eltham County for the year 1911, namely:— Collie dogs actually used as sheep or cattle dogs, 2s 6d each. For all other classes of dogs, 10s each. Mr Win. Davis has been appointed Registrar and Collector, and the Council's Onice has been appointed registration office.
