DUNEDIN, Oct. 81. Mr Richards, the Town Clerk, who has just returned from a visit to Sydney, and Mr Stark, the Corporation electrical engineer, have resigned. It is understood that Mr Richards, who formerly held an important civic position in Sydney, has received an important appointment there, which he will take at the beginning of March. Mr Stark takes office under the water power scheme .of the Government.
